new natalie portman flick coming out directed by the dude that is most notably known for the graduate, mike nichols. i'm ecstatic to report that portman will be playing a stripper. at the same time, i'm disappointed by the fact that nichols removed the nudie scenes.

you think the little girl would've become a stripper in the professional? i guess that would be an interesting development...the emptiness and longing left from the untimely death of her older lover, to be filled by a million unsatisfying gazes from unworthy suitors and empty relationships, yet the misleading feeling that it would somehow add up in the end.
and it would all end so tragically, with her falling in love with an older man she used to strip for, who is actually the undercover policman she is supposed to kill(but doesn't know yet of course) because he is hunting for her, not the alternate rea1ity stripper, but the 'everyday rea1ity' hitwoman.
